Our Services and Policies
As a licensed massage practitioner, I provide therapeutic massage to suit a wide range of client’s needs, including (but not limited to): Injuries, Pregnancy and Sports Massage.
I incorporate deep tissue and treatment massage to obtain results in the tissue, posture and range of motion in the body. This work tends to be deeper. I sometimes use cupping as well to help with fascial alignment and to pull the tissue apart.

Cupping is the best form of deep tissue you can receive. This session will concentrate exclusively on cupping as a means to relieve aches and pains.

I accept cash, check and credit card at time of service. If massage is covered by your insurance, only your co-pay will be due at time of service. I suggest calling your insurance ahead of time to see if your plan covers massage. Sadly, not all do.
If you need to cancel an appointment, I require that you provide a 5-hour notice or you will be charged $45 Late Cancellation Fee.
We now offer online appointments through Schedulicity.
PLEASE NOTE: NEW patients must call the first time to schedule. If a new client schedules themselves online before speaking with us first, they will be removed from schedule.
“To tip, or not to tip”… I know this can be a confusing subject for people. The way I feel about it is if you were so moved by your massage and feel the urge to tip, thank you! If tipping isn’t your thing, that’s absolutely fine. My goal is to reduce stress, not create more for you.
Sometimes, life gets in the way. Should you miss your appointment due to your car breaking down, having a sick child at home or winning the lotto, I understand. But please, only once. If you miss more than one appointment, you will be charged a $45 Missed Appointment Fee. Please note, insurance cannot be billed for a missed appointment.
